A thousand amens. A testament to His faithfulness. Each amen has been taken from my journals from the past four years. Where there have been faith-filled & passionate prayers. But also the most numb, distant, doubtful & resentful conversations with Jesus that I’ve ever had. It took so much of me to open my heart to Him.
Regardless, every time I declared my faith and belief in Jesus by signing off with an “amen”.
I look back on these prayers & I’m reminded of how far He’s taken me! How much He’s provided for me time & time again. Despite the situation, I say amen to Him! My constant, my provider, my redeemer.
